Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our facility in Israel. This policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and what to expect with international delivery.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide to most countries. The shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact us at service@gentei.store and we will check whether delivery is possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Israeli public holidays). During launches of limited edition items or busy periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Israel 2 to 5 business days 1 to 3 business days
Europe 7 to 14 business days 3 to 7 business days
North America 10 to 21 business days 4 to 8 business days
Rest of world 10 to 25 business days 5 to 10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once the parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Customs inspections can also delay delivery, which is outside our control. If a parcel is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, shipping and handling costs and any charges billed to us may be deducted from the refund.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete address or a failed delivery, we will contact you about reshipping, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at service@gentei.store within 7 days and include your order number, and photos in the case of damage. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund where the parcel is confirmed lost or arrived damaged.
