This Privacy Policy explains how Gentei Store ("Gentei", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit gentei.store (the "Site"), make a purchase, or communicate with us. - Security and fraud prevention - detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions and protecting the Site (our legitimate interest and legal obligations).

- Google Analytics 4 - helps us understand traffic and how visitors use the Site.

- Meta Pixel - measures our advertising and supports our ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- TikTok Pixel - measures our advertising and supports our ads on TikTok.
- Email marketing platform - manages our mailing list and measures whether our emails are opened and clicked.

4. How We Share Information
- Service providers - Shopify, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment carriers, and IT and customer support tools acting on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising partners - Google, Meta, and TikTok, as described above. These partners also handle the data under their own privacy policies.
- Legal and business - professional advisers and authorities where necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state privacy laws; see Section 7 for how to opt out.
5. International Transfers
We are based in Israel, and our service providers process data in other countries, including the United States. Israel is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.
