Officially Licensed Merchandise

Every product sold on gentei.store is official merchandise produced under license from the relevant rights holders by authorized manufacturers. Each item carries full license attribution on its packaging, labels or print, exactly as the licensor requires. We source exclusively through authorized channels and we do not sell replicas, counterfeits, fan made items or unlicensed reproductions of any kind.

Third Party Trademarks and Copyrights

All anime and manga series titles, character names, logos, artwork and related imagery appearing on products or in product descriptions are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners. These names and images are used on this store solely to identify and describe the licensed merchandise offered for sale. Gentei claims no ownership of any third party intellectual property, and Gentei Store is an independent retailer that is not sponsored or endorsed by, or affiliated with, any of these rights holders.

Our Own Content

The Gentei name and logo, the design and layout of this store, and our original text and photography are the property of Gentei Store and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant any license to use a trademark or artwork beyond normal personal use of the item itself.

Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits

Counterfeit merchandise hurts the artists, studios and publishers who create these works. If you ever have a question about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, contact us with your order number and we will confirm the licensing details for that product.

Rights Holders and Takedown Requests

If you are a rights holder, or an authorized agent of one, and believe that content on this store infringes your intellectual property, email service@gentei.store with a link to the content in question, a description of the protected work, and evidence of your rights. We take these reports seriously, review them promptly, and remove or correct infringing content where a report is substantiated.
